B.G. Brooks

Columnist

B.G. Brooks graduated from Memphis State University and did graduate work at the University of Missouri. He has worked at the Memphis Commercial-Appeal, the Columbia (Mo.) Daily Tribune and the Columbia (Mo.) Missourian before joining the staff of the Rocky in 1978. He has worked as a city-side columnist, feature writer, copy editor, layout and design editor and sports editor, as well as winning numerous writing awards. He covers college sports.
