THAT'S A LOT OF CREAM CHEESE
700 bagels were delivered to the Capitol on Tuesday morning for the Colorado Association of Cyber School Families' breakfast reception.
FIGHT A COLD, STARVE A LOBBYIST
It's one thing for a lobbyist to have a horrible cold. After all, the Capitol is a virtual Petri dish during the session. It's another when that lobbyist is Brad Young, director of governmental affairs for RxPlus, which represents independent pharmaceutical companies.

During a debate whether to amend one of the bills in the budget-balancing package, Rep. Jack Pommer, D-Boulder, said the change would be so drastic that it would go against the title of the bill, leaving it with a useless title.
Minority Leader Mike May quickly ran to the microphone.
"The only useless title in this building is senator," the Parker Republican joked.
'HE NEVER AGES'
Morrison Republican Bill Schroeder last served in the Senate in 1998, but he looks like he just left, said Sen. Mike Kopp, R-Littleton.
"He never ages," Kopp said.
Kopp introduced the 64-year-old Schroeder on the Senate floor Tuesday.
