The Colorado Division of Real Estate has completed its investigation of California-based Carlsbad Real Estate Group, and found "no discernible evidence" that the company had violated Colorado mortgage broker law.

Carlsbad was one of the groups subpoenaed late last year for possibly violating loan modification laws in Colorado.

"The investigation is now closed," the division wrote Traci Myers, president of Carlsbad.
