"We always told them, as they applied, that they'd get to show during New York Fashion Week, and even though the circumstances are different, that's what we're giving them."

Jane Cha, executive producer of Project Runway, telling the New York Daily News how the show intends to let the program's finalists strut their fashions at Bryant Park even though the series hasn't aired thanks to a court battle between cable networks

Time's up

9 seasons is enough for Trading Spaces, which gave TLC a big boost, inspired countless knock-offs and launched the career of Extreme Makeover's Ty Pennington. Producers tried to rekindle the reality magic by bringing back host Paige Davis last year, but the ratings never rose to the occasion.

But who'll grimace during weigh-in?

NBC not only announced a new casting call for the next season of Biggest Loser (sorry, they're not stopping in Denver; Phoenix is closest if you're looking to lose some weight on national TV), but the network also said it's looking for "certified trainers with strong personalities who have a solid track record of taking the weight off of overweight clients." Does this mean Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels won't be around any longer? NBC would only say that they want "to keep creative options open for the new season."
