Denver-based real estate developer Mordini Watters Capital Partners on Wednesday announced it has acquired four companies to diversify into energy services.

Those include Miller Taylor Family Enterprises, Roadrunner Construction LLC, In and Out Roustabout Services and Miller Oil Field Services. Combined, they have revenues of about $30 million and earnings before interest, depreciation and amortization of nearly $8 million, Mordini Watters said.

It also has created a new subsidiary, Summit Field Services LLC, to operate the companies, mostly in the Denver-Julesburg gas field in Weld County. It didn't disclose the terms of the acquisition.
