I think it is a crime that the city has let the grass die in city parks this summer. I don't care what excuses they use, you should be furious that they are so incompetent.

Why don't you guys get smart and hire some of the many wonderful and hardworking private contractors in town who I am sure can take care of the irrigation problems in a couple weeks? What a joke and reinforcement of why private enterprise works and government doesn't.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for letting this go on so long.
