Street Kings

Rated: R, 109 minutes, $29.99, 20th Century Fox

Grade: C-

Cliches and hammy dialogue litter the scenes as liberally as the spent bullet casings in this tired bad-cop movie, says Associated Press critic Christy Lemire.

Keanu Reeves plays a rogue Los Angeles detective trying to find out why he's been implicated in the murder of his former partner, dragging his new sidekick into the muck with him. Reeves' character is supposed to appear haggard and world-weary, but the actor is "too boyish and lightweight to make us deeply feel his torment," Lemire says.

Hannah Montana-Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert

Rated: G, 90 minutes, $34.99, Walt Disney Video

Grade: B-

Lemire calls Miley Cyrus "insanely likable and talented" in the new Hannah Montana concert film, which gives tween girls and younger who missed the live tour a chance to get close to their idol.

In addition to concert footage of Hannah Montana performing, the movie offers backstage glimpses of the real Miley interacting with her father, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, as well as scenes of the Jonas Brothers performing a few songs.
